Q: What documents do I need to travel?
A: Beginning January 1, 2008, all guests will need a valid passport to travel to the Caribbean by sea.To get a passport, visit your local post office or library for an application. To verify this information, please visit the US Department of State website.
Q: What is included in the price?
A: Accommodations onboard the ship (5-nights) * Port Charges & Government Taxes Meals, Snacks, and Most Beverages, 24-Hour Complimentary Room Service Use of Ship Facilities and Gratuities for the dining & cabin staff.
Q: What is not included in the price?
A: Airfare or Ground Transportation to Florida,Transfers from the Airport to the Cruise Ship,Personal expenses such as photos, souvenirs & island tours,Sodas, bottled water or alcoholic beverages.
Q: How do I get to the ship?
A: Q: How can I get to the ship (transportation)?
The ship leaves from the Port Canaveral, Florida. You can get to Port Canaveral, by car, or bus. A taxi or shuttle bus can be taken from the Orlando International airport to the cruise port. However, it is recommend that you arrive the night before and stay one night in a nearby hotel so you don't miss the boat.
Q: How often can I eat?
A: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served everyday in the formal dining room and on the deck. Food is also served 24 hours a day through room service.
Q: How much money will I need to bring?
A: This is dependent upon your personal spending habits and budget. Optional daily photographs range from $5-$20. Shore Excursions/Tours range from $20-$150 per person. Spa services range from $30 and up. According to your personal budget, set aside money for optional expenses like souvenirs, sodas, alcoholic beverages, and personal items.
Q: What are the dress codes onboard?
A: There are three distinct types of evenings onboard: casual, smart casual and formal. Suggested guidelines for these nights are:
Casual: Sport shirts and slacks for men, sundresses or pants for women.
Smart Casual: Jackets and ties for men, dresses or pantsuits for women.
Formal: Suits and ties or tuxedos for men, cocktail dresses for women.
Q: Is there a doctor onboard?
A: Should a guest require medical attention while aboard one of our vessels, the Infirmary staff is available to assist 24 hours a day. The Infirmary is equipped to treat minor non-emergency matters. Physicians are available to render services at a customary fee. While at sea or in port, the availability of medical care may be limited.
Q: Can I bring liquor (from home or from a port) onboard?
A: Guests are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages onboard for consumption or any other use. Alcoholic beverages that are purchased in ports-of-call or from Shops On Board will be stored by the ship and delivered to your stateroom on the last day of the sailing.
Q: Are there any special requirements for visiting international ports?
A: U.S. Citizens will need valid passports in order to leave and enter the United States. Non U.S. Citizens will need valid passports and sometimes visas, as well as any other travel documentation required by the governments of the countries on the itinerary.
Q: When and how can I disembark?
A: Once the ship has received proper clearance from the port, disembarkation can begin. Specific disembarkation details will be delivered to you on the ship.
